No, we do not accept pre-orders. Once your is placed, it will be prepared in the order in which it was received and you will be provided an ETA for pickup via a text message.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a text message notification. If you have not received a text message notification in the expected ETA, feel free to confirm order status at the food truck.
Since we are a mobile unit, we do not have a direct line for calls or messaging. You can go directly to the food truck with any inquiries you may have. However, you can also reach us by email at foodtruckadmin@smashincrab.com. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

We schedule food truck stops in/outside of San Antonio. If you are interested in having our food truck come to your city, click the "Schedule Us" button above, fill out the inquiry form and we will contact you.
Our food trucks are approximately 40ft long (about 6 parking spaces long). In front of our food truck we do set up at least one 10’x20’ tent. We also have a refrigerated truck that remains onsite at 20ft long.
No, electric and water connections are not needed for our operation.
No, we do not have purchase minimums or charge fees.
