Paul Griffith is the President and Co-Owner of Smashin Crab. There are currently three locations in San Antonio. Smashin Crab also owns a commissary where they can assist local food trucks, caterers, and small restaurants with meal prep, refrigeration, and supplies. From the commissary they produce Take Flight Chicken, their own Nashville fried chicken, available for pickup or delivery.
